Nearing the end of an Era
On Friday night Taylor Swift fans were buzzing with electric energy as B.C. Place was filling up for the first of three sold out shows to close out the Eras Tour.
Starting nearly ten minutes early, the stadium erupted with screams and applause as Swift took the stage with “Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Piece” followed by “Cruel Summer” bringing us right into the Lover Era. Her blue and gold body suit shimmered and shone as she silently awoke each section of the stadium with thunderous cheers by pointing to each corner of the stadium. Demonstrating how she had everyone’s attention and us all wrapped around her fingers for an incredible night. Swift was quick to thank everyone for closing out the end of an Era in Canada – “it’s the last Friday of the Eras tour!” She brought us with her to make memories that Friday night. Over the course of three hours, she had beautiful costume changes, and mesmerized the fans singing along, truly transporting us through her 18 year musical history.
We moved through Lover into Fearless, then Red. During “22”, the most adorable girl was the new star of the Eras tour as she received Taylor’s now famous hat.… More
