Harry Charles has made his mark by crafting an electrifying style characterized by downtempo beats, slow house rhythms, live instrumentation, and heartfelt vocal performances. On “The Luck” however, he veers into a different direction that’s melodically rich and enlivened by multi-colored sound design laden with constant surprises. Towards the end, the drums fall silent and tension unfolds to eventually fall into a dance-friendly drop that’s bound to heat up the dance floor.
